Production Process

The main base material of our cabinets is MDF, which can make display cabinets of various shapes, and the plasticity is very good. Our worker will cut out the corresponding wooden boards according to our design and drawings. Bind and decorate them according to the shape of the construction drawings, and finally take shape.

When the wooden cabinet is finished, it needs to be polished and primed. All our steps are manual, so our polishing can take care of every corner and detail of the cabinet.

When the primer is done, we will do the painting. The color of the paint can be customized according to your requirements. We have a special paint booth, and the cabinets need to be painted 2-3 times and baked at high temperatures. The color rendering of our baking paint is very good, and the color is very bright.

After finishing the painting, the next step is the installation work. We will install light strips and skirting. Under the light of the lamp, the whole cabinet looks very beautiful. Let’s take a look at the final product.
