First of all, we use MDF as the base material to produce wood cabinet body. During this process, we will reserve the location of the lamp belt and the socket, so that we can install it later. Then we polished it and sprayed it with white paint and purple paint on the counter top. This color distribution will not make our counter color too monotonous. And our paint color variety is rich, you can choose freely.
After the paint dries, we will install the logo, light belt, lock, drawer slide and other parts. Then we will set up the installed counter, take photos and feedback to the customer, and conduct the final quality check. After everything is OK, we will proceed to the next step of packaging.
Light
It is common to use lights in the store. In order to make our products look more attractive, we will also install light belts in the display cabinets, counters and other areas. Here’s what happens when we turn on the lights.
We will install light belts in the display area in front of the counter, and our logo will glow. This will brighten up our countertops and make the products we place in the display area look more attractive.
