Production

We will start production after confirming the final design of the product. The production is mainly divided into four steps: making the wooden body, polishing, priming, and baking paint. To make a wooden body is to cut the wooden boards according to the shape and size of the drawings, and then splice and fix them together according to the shape of the design drawings.

After finishing the production of the wooden cabinet, the next step is to polish the wooden cabinet. All our production steps are purely handmade, so we can take care of all the details, and the polishing can also be done in all aspects, without letting go of any corner. When the polishing is done, we’ll start with a coat of primer and then make the paint. There are various colors of baking paint, and we support color customization. Before producing or painting, we will confirm the color of the display cabinet with you.
