A gear is a mechanical element with gears on the rim that continuously mesh to transmit motion and power. It is widely used in mechanical transmission and the entire mechanical field. Its main material is metal, and the whole operation process looks very technological. So when we watch TV, we can often see the application of gears. The shape of the gear itself is very special, so in addition to its own application, we can also make its shape into a display cabinet for application.
The size is round with notches, unless it is very large, it is only suitable for wall mounting use. The picture above is an example, we can see that it is installed on the wall behind the reception desk, and it is composed of two different sizes. Since its own operation requires two gears, when we buy, it is better to buy at least two, as they can be of different sizes.

Production Details
Wooden Body
All of our products are purely handmade, so we pay great attention to details and every dimension of our products. Our workers will cut the material and make the shape of the cabinet and reserve wires according to the size shown on the drawing.
Polishing and Baking paint
After making the wooden cabinet, we need to polish the cabinet. Due to the special shape of the cabinet, the polishing process also requires a lot of labor and material resources. Because of this, we can polish every corner of the cabinet. Every space is treated. Then we will prime and paint the cabinet.
Lighting
Any cabinet with light strips will be more beautiful, especially for display cabinets, we need to use them to place our products, so lighting is also very important. We install the light strip inside the cabinet.
Package
We can see that our cabinet has many saw-tooth. When we pack, we wrap each corner of the gear with pearl cotton and wrap it tightly with stretch wrap, which holds the bumps on the edges.
