Arc is a common shape in our life, such as arc curtain wall, arc window, sightseeing elevator with arc glass periphery. The arc makes the object look better overall, and it reduces the damage caused by accidental knocks. Especially in front of children appear in the object, it is best to make arc. Today I’m going to introduce a curved counter used in candy stores and retail stores.

Product Description

This is a curved display counter suitable for store use. The center is slightly higher than the sides and can be used for checkout and weighing machines. And the front is affixed with colorful stickers, we can also attach stickers with the brand logo.

Next to it is a two-story display area for boxes of candy or cupboards. Candies can also be placed on the counter to make the most of the space. Because it is symmetrical on both sides, we can use this feature to make the counter look more designed.

Product Process

Our production is divided into four main parts. First, the use of MDF as the base material to produce wood cabinet body, MDF internal structure is more uniform, good machining performance, easy to carve and make a variety of surface, shape parts.

Then, we will sand the wooden cabinet to make the whole surface smoother. And spray the surface with baking paint several times. There are many colors of paint, such as pink and white. We can choose according to the needs of customers.

Then, after the paint dries, install other components, such as light strips and stainless steel kickers. Stainless steel kicker can protect our counter from water without getting wet, which can extend the service life of the counter. If you want to add some other accessories, you can negotiate with us.

The final step is assembly and quality inspection of the product. We’ll send you pictures to show you the whole thing.
