Production

The production process of this display cabinet is very complicated. Its base material is the artificial board. We need to make the board into two semicircles, and cut grooves equally. It comes in two colors, each of which is interlaced. So when we finish baking a color, we need to wait for the paint to dry before painting again. Then warp one color that has been sprayed and continue to spray another color. So this process is very cumbersome.

The paint we use is gloss paint, the gloss is shinier and the colors look more vibrant.
