Because the counter is not only the customer checkout place, but also the high frequency of the customer’s secondary consumption. Therefore, in addition to placing cash registers on the counter, we should also put a variety of small and delicate goods to attract customers.

Product Description

This is a large curved counter with three small counters folded together. As we can see from our design, it has the same counters on both sides, with three levels of display areas. The bottom two layers are suitable for smaller goods such as bags of sweets and chocolates. The top layer has no top, so we can put two layers of boxed candy or larger products.

The center counter can be used as a cash register area. The front of it is curved plane, if you need, we can add the logo of the shop for you. On the counter, we can put a cash register. We don’t have to worry about things falling out of the counter.

On the back of the counter, we installed two drawers and storage cabinets. There are compartments in the lockers so that we can store things.

Prodective Process

First, we will produce a rough model of the counter, as shown below. We have our own factory and can follow the progress at any time. And the wooden cabinets are handmade by workers with years of experience. He would polish every corner of the counter to make our counter smooth.

After polishing, we spray primer on the surface of the counter. Then spray it with blue and white baking paint. By the way, we have a wide variety of paint colors. Besides blue, we also have red, purple, orange and so on. So if your counter wants a different paint color, we can change it for you.

Next we will install counter parts such as drawer slides, metal handles, locks and so on. If you want to add additional parts, you can ask us at the beginning of the drawing.

Finally, we will check the quality of the products and pack them up, load them onto trucks and ship them to the port.

Packing

Below is a picture of how we packed the counter. We’ll cover the edge of the counter with EPE cotton and then wrap it around with an elastic film. And pack the wrapped counters into wooden boxs.
