Product Description

This is a purple kiosk with two display areas. The front is a four-story stepped display that can hold 15 cupboards in a row, or 60 on one side. The back is divided into two sides, one side can put 18 cabinets, two sides can put 36 cabinets. So there are 96 cupboards in this kiosk.

This kiosk can fully display a variety of candies of different colors and flavors, and the effect cabinet has a large capacity, so there is no need to constantly replenish, which is very suitable for the use of bulk candy merchants with a wide variety.

And on both sides are working area and cash counter, with lockers underneath. The checkout counter has a lower platform on either side for placing goods. The work table is enclosed in glass and has a sink. There is an acrylic logo on the left and right sides of the periphery, and there is a light box painting on the side of the cash register and the workbench.

Production Process

Step 1     Before production, we determine the drawings according to the size, color and shape of the kiosks that customers need.

Step 2    We will start with wooden counters and reserve places for light strips and sockets.Here are some of our wood materials

Step 3    The next step is to start sanding to make the whole surface smoother. After polishing, we need paint. The paint will make the whole surface look smoother and brighter.

Step 4    The final step is to install accessories such as light bars, hardware handles and drawer slides. When all is done, assemble all the products and inspect them for quality.

Package

We clean the kiosks before we pack them. And then wrap it around the foam, especially the edges and corners, and we’ll add foam protection. And put it into the wooden case for outer packing protection. It is worth mentioning that we have filled a lot of foam between the goods and the wooden cases, which can greatly ensure the safety of the goods.

Installation

When you receive your goods, you simply unpack them, place the kiosk in place, plug it in and use it. It is very simple to install because we have installed the goods before they are packed and you just combine them.
