Product Description

This is a curved counter with a flap around it. The counter mainly places the cash register and the weighing machine. There are two drawers and two lockers under it. We can put important papers in the drawer, we will install a lock, it is very safe.

The locker underneath is huge. If you don’t want that much space, we can add laminate in the middle for you and make it two levels. This allows you to place different items according to your needs.

Productive Process

First of all, we will design the drawing according to your requirements, and then according to it to produce the wooden cabinet. The substrate we use is MDF, which has a stable internal structure and excellent physical and mechanical properties, decorative properties and machining properties. It’s handmade, and it pays attention to every detail.

Next we’ll sand it and spray it with baking paint. Sanding will make our cabinets smooth, while baking will make our counter surfaces shiny. The color of the paint is very rich, we spray the outside of the counter with white paint, and the inside is red. In addition to these two colors, we have other colors to choose from, such as orange, purple and so on.

After production is completed, we will install drawer slides, metal handles, locks and other parts. Then the quality inspection will be conducted. Finally, after you pay the balance, we will clean the product.

Toe kick

The bottom of the display cabinet is made of stainless steel. Its function is to protect the feet of the cabinet from moisture. In addition, it can make the floor material and the cabinet surface have a harmonious transition, play the role of beautifying the vision. So the use of kicking is very important, it can extend the service life of our cabinets.
